These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SlotBox Casino. By registering or playing at our casino you accept these terms. We are licensed and regulated by the MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) under licence number MGA/B2C/394/2017.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. Irish residents are eligible. Players from jurisdictions where we are restricted (United States, France and others — full list in account dashboard) are not eligible. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Account
One account per player, per household, per IP address. Providing false information during registration voids your account and forfeits any balance. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposit €10 (varies by method). Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering rules. First withdrawal requires KYC verification — government ID, proof of address, proof of payment ownership. Subsequent withdrawals process automatically from verified accounts. Withdrawal limits: €5,000/day standard, up to €100,000/day for Platinum VIP.
Welcome Bonus Terms
The welcome bonus is 100% match up to €200 on your first deposit, plus 100 free spins. Wagering is 35x on the bonus portion only. Maximum bet during wagering: €5 per spin or hand. Maximum cashout from free-spin winnings: €100. Bonus validity: 21 days from claim. Progressive jackpot slots excluded during wagering. Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded from welcome bonus eligibility. Bonus abuse (multi-accounting, VPN use, synthetic payment methods) voids the bonus and related winnings.
Fair Play
All games run on certified Random Number Generators audited quarterly by eCOGRA and iTech Labs. Game outcomes cannot be predicted or manipulated. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on cheating — collusion, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and use of automated play software all void balances and result in account closure.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be raised through our live chat or [email protected]. If unresolved within 10 business days you may escalate to our ADR partner, IBAS (ibas-uk.com), and ultimately to the Malta Gaming Authority at mga.org.mt/support.
Account Closure
You may close your account at any time through the dashboard or by emailing support. We may close accounts that violate these terms, remain inactive for 12+ months, or present fraud risk. Balances on closed accounts are returned subject to standard verification.
Responsible Gaming

Amendments
